At 7hardware.com, we strive to provide you with quality computer parts and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
  • The product must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Software, opened items, or any item explicitly marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software, digital downloads, and consumables (e.g., batteries).
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@7hardware.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all documentation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Return Window:

  • All returns must be received within 30 days from the date the RMA was issued. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Partial Refunds:

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@7hardware.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and ensure the correct item is sent or a full refund is provided.
